Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any questions we'd love to hear from you. In the meantime here are answers to questions we are often asked.

Do you only work with Startups?

The majority of the work we do is with startup founders, but we are also trusted by NSW Government, advertising agencies and large financial institutions.

What is a smoke test?

Startup smoke tests help you validate ideas and assumptions with minimal development. You can read more about validating ideas with smoke tests.

What technologies do you use?

Our chosen technologies are made for rapid development, but also provide the right foundations to scale from. You can view all the web development technologies we use.

Do you only develop MVPs?

No. The work we do with our startup clients includes MVPs, MDP's (minimum desirable products) and full featured products. Some of the corporate web development work we do includes marketing landing pages, online financial calculator development, custom CMS development, competition websites, mobile apps, Facebook apps and more. We also offer startup marketing services.

What is an MVP?

An MVP, or minimum viable product means doing the least amount of work when creating a new product so that you can start learning from early adopters in order to validate, or invalidate, an assumption.

Do Companies need MVPs and lean methodologies?

Large companies are catching on quickly that startups are taking larger slices of their pie. Some corporates now have their own startup accelerator programs, some aggressively acquire startups while others have their own corporate VC funds to ensure they own a piece of the next big thing. However, talent and innovation also resides within these companies. We help companies innovate from within while working on ideas the way a startup would.
